An American court has banned the publication of materials that are used as evidence in the case of former US President Donald Trump.
Trump faces 37 charges in connection with the removal of classified documents from the White House and obstruction of the investigation.
“The evidence, along with any information arising from it, is not to be disclosed to the public or news media, distributed on any news or social media platform without prior notice and consent of the United States or court approval,” the decision said.
The Federal Court for the Southern District of Florida thus granted the petition, which was filed by the prosecutor’s office. It follows from the court decision that it is about all the unclassified evidence that the prosecution provided to the defense in preparation for the trial.
