American rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine (Daniel Hernandez) was detained by police in Miami for a traffic violation, according to Newsweek.
According to prison records, officers stopped Hernandez when they spotted a car with no license plates on the road.
“The driver was arrested and identified as Daniel Hernandez,” police said.
According to the publication, Tekashi 6ix9ine was arrested and taken to the Palm Beach County Jail, where the rapper spent approximately three hours. He was then released on $2,000 bail.
Newsweek emphasizes that the incident comes just four months after 6ix9ine was attacked at a Florida fitness club.
Then the performer of the hit “GOOBA” was severely beaten by several hooligans in the toilet and filmed what happened on camera, showing off his act on social networks.
After the injured rapper was taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries to the jaw, ribs and back, as well as cuts and bruises.
It is still unknown why Tekashi 6ix9ine was attacked. But as the media wrote, “Hernandez never had a shortage of enemies.”
