An important repair of repair is gender. Since the overhaul repair I decided not to leave it unattended. It was necessary to make a screed.
To do this, you needed cement, slag and sand to prepare the solution (I used such proportions: on a bucket of cement 2 buckets of sand and 5 buckets of slag). When mixing the solution, I advise you to add a detergent to it since it improves the properties of the solution and prevents the appearance of cracks. Before filling the floor, I put up special beacons in level. Lighthouses are metal guides that are used for screed, to prevent the floor irregularities. So, after the solution has dried up and hardened, it was possible to move on. I got a room with even walls and floor. You need to proceed to laying tiles. My wife and I chose the tile for a very long time. My wife wanted to lay tiles for walls on the floor and I explained to her for a very long time that these are two different species and on the floor since the floor tiles are much stronger. In the end, we decided and bought tiles and building mixtures for laying. I started breeding a dry mixture. The case is not simple and energy consumption.
It is necessary to pour water and immediately stir the mixture, so that it does not stick together with lumps. You need to be extremely careful with the amount of water since the mixture can turn out too liquid and just drain along the wall. It is necessary to put the tile from the bottom up a row by row after observing the flat laying line. It is necessary to apply the adhesive composition to the tile itself on the lower side, and then gently press it to the wall. Do not forget about the seams for which special crosses are needed. You can cut the tiles with a grinder with a special circle on the stone.
Do not be lazy to verify the level of the correct laying of vertical and horizontal. I can say that with the tiles I escorted much longer than with everything in front of her. But it was worth it. Remember one important advice: building materials need to buy exceptionally high quality! So to buy cement is an important task on which the quality of your work depends.
